  • Arrange all necessary paperwork to be forwarded to both Vendor and Buyers Solicitors
  • Arrange Chattels list
  • Negotiate all dealing in the sale where required

Tenant Fees

£110 inclusive of VAT per person. This is a one off fee and there are no fees throughout the tenancy.
